Founder Member
Founder Member means a shareholder of the company who holds shares(s) in the Kiarti Thanee Country Club Co., Ltd. with par value equal to Two Hundred Thousand Baht. The number of Founder Members of the Club shall not exceed 1,800. In the case where the Member is a corporate member, the corporate member shall notify the Club of the name of a nominee to exercise the rights of membership for and on its behalf.
Life Member
Life Member can be a person or juristic person who applies as Life Membership of the Club. The number of Life Members of the Club shall not exceed 100. If the Life membership is less than the prescribed number and no person assumes the rights of the outgoing Life Members, the Club shall decide whether or not to admit new Life Members to fill the vacancies so as the reach the full number. At present Life Membership is full there will be no further admission of this type. In the case where the Member is a corporate member, the corporate member shall notify the Club of the name of a nominee to exercise the rights of membership for and on its behalf.
Ordinary Member
Ordinary Member can be a person or juristic person who applies for Ordinary Membership of the Club. The number of Ordinary Members of the Club shall not exceed 900. If the Ordinary membership is less than the prescribed number and no person assumes the rights of the outgoing Ordinary Member, the Club shall decide whether or not to fill the vacancies so as to reach the full number. At present there are vacancies of Ordinary Membership. In the case where the Member is a corporate member, the corporate member shall notify the Club of the name of a nominee to exercise the rights of membership for and on its behalf.
Associate Member
Associate Member means a member's husband or wife or children who are minors.
Honorary
Honorary Member means a person of repute, or patron of the Club or the Kiarti Thanee Country Club Co., Ltd. invited to become an Honorary Member of the Club. An Honorary Member shall receive privileged treatment from the Club and shall be exempted from payment of the Registration Fee and Green Fee. An outgoing Honorary Member may be re-invited.

Qualifications of Members |

A member of the Club shall possess qualifications, and not be under prohibitions, as follows;
Natural Person
• Not being a person of unsound mind or of mental infirmity,
• Not being an incompetent or quasi-incompetent person,
• Not suffering from seriously contagious or offensive disease.
Juristic Person
• Having the status of a company,
• Having registered capital of not less than One Million Baht.
